Terms & Conditions – Gungun Travel and Taxi
By booking a vehicle with Gungun Travel and Taxi, the customer agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:
1. Booking & Confirmation
All bookings are subject to availability of vehicles.
Booking confirmation is provided only after advance payment (if applicable).
Vehicle category (Sedan/SUV/Tempo Traveller/Bus) will be provided as per booking; exact model may vary based on availability.
2. Payment Policy
Advance payment may be required to confirm the booking.
Remaining balance must be paid before or at the start of the journey.
Payments can be made via cash, UPI, bank transfer, or other accepted modes.
Toll tax, parking charges, state entry tax, and driver allowance (if applicable) are extra unless clearly mentioned in the booking.
3. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation charges depend on the time of cancellation:
24 hours or more before journey: Minimal or no charge (as per booking terms)
Within 24 hours: Partial or full cancellation charges may apply
No refund for last-minute cancellations, no-shows, or early trip termination by the customer.
4. Usage of Vehicle
Vehicle is provided only for the agreed route, distance, and duration.
Any extra usage, additional stops, or route changes will attract additional charges.
Night halt charges, driver allowance, and extra hours are chargeable if applicable.
5. Driver & Working Hours
Driver duty hours are generally limited to 12 hours per day.
Extended hours will be charged extra.
Driver will not be forced to drive in unsafe conditions or restricted areas.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must carry valid ID proof during travel.
Any damage caused to the vehicle due to customer negligence will be chargeable.
Smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal activities inside the vehicle are strictly prohibited.
Cleanliness of the vehicle must be maintained by passengers.
7. Luggage Policy
Luggage is allowed as per vehicle capacity.
Excess luggage may require an additional vehicle or carrier and extra charges.
Gungun Travel and Taxi is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
8. Delays & Unavoidable Situations
We are not responsible for delays caused due to traffic, weather, road conditions, strikes, breakdowns, or natural calamities.
In case of vehicle breakdown, we will try our best to arrange an alternative vehicle, subject to availability.
9. Fuel & Mileage
Mileage limits are calculated based on the selected package.
Extra kilometers beyond the agreed limit will be charged additionally.
Fuel prices are included unless mentioned otherwise.
10. Refund Policy
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 5–7 working days.
No refund for unused kilometers, hours, or early journey completion.
11. Liability
Gungun Travel and Taxi acts only as a transport service provider.
We are not liable for accidents, injuries, delays, or loss caused due to factors beyond our control.
Travel insurance is the customer’s responsibility.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts where Gungun Travel and Taxi is registered.
13. Amendments
Gungun Travel and Taxi reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
